New
Research & Development Facility opened |

Logos
Technologies, one of the early pioneers in providing
world class solutions to pharmaceutical, contract
research organisations and biotechnology companies
with electronic data capture (EDC) and clinical
management solutions today announced the opening
of its new purpose built Research & Development
facility located on the idyllic South Coast of
England in Lymington. |

new facility will allow us to expand our employee
base and R&D activity so we can continue
to provide our clients with the most innovative
and state of the art solutions" said Simon
Kemp, R&D Director of Logos Technologies.
The increasing demand
for Logos' products has necessitated the relocation.
Logos Technologies was established nine years
ago and has grown organically to become one
of the market leaders in providing software
solutions to the clinical trials marketplace.
The Logos Technologies ALPHADAS® Suite is
a clinical study management and fully mobile
electronic data capture system that provides
a reliable, portable solution for EDC, integrates
clinical and laboratory operations, accelerates
data throughput and enhances data integrity.

In
addition, the Phase I Site Tool Kit (STK)™
provides Phase I Clinical Trial Units with a
cost effective solution for the complete management
of the Phase I clinical Trial Process. There
are tools to manage volunteers, patients and
site resources. The STK™ also manages
a sites Laboratory as well as integrating with
the central Laboratory. Logos Technologies SMART
Patient Diary Card™ allows patient data
entry through a very user friendly, inexpensive,
electronic, handheld, diary card. All types
of data can be collected including 100- point
Visual Analogue Scales. SPDC has been used on
real studies with much success.
